IOS Not playing Showmax Downloaded Videos (Error IOS1001)

Using IOS 13.4 and having issues with playing show max downloaded content? Well I ran into the same problem just a day ago and when I sent this issue to Showmax support, they gave me the usual uninstall your app and restart your device just like Netflix does. That didn't work at all for me Well it appears IOS devices will only play the video if you only download 720p and above. That was my quick fix. The error i got initially is displayed below;
